Pregnancy Body Care
Every change in the body is a sign of a new life growing. And that very body deserves to be cared for with more gentleness than ever.
ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE
Pregnancy Massage is designed especially for expectant mothers, using a side-lying position and supportive cushions to keep the body comfortable throughout the treatment. Gentle massage movements are adjusted to each stage of pregnancy and focus on areas that commonly carry greater pressure, including the back, shoulders, hips, and legs. The treatment helps ease feelings of heaviness, supports circulation, and brings a greater sense of lightness so mothers can move through pregnancy more comfortably. Every movement is performed with care, allowing you to enjoy a restful moment created especially for you with confidence and peace of mind.
DURING THE TREATMENT
At the beginning of the treatment, the body is supported in positions designed specifically for pregnancy, allowing every massage movement to remain gentle and comfortable. There is no strong pressure or sense of restriction, only a slow massage rhythm and careful attention that help the body gradually unwind. It is not simply time to rest, but also a moment for an expectant mother to listen to her body before continuing through the special months of pregnancy with a lighter, more comfortable feeling.
EVERY PREGNANCY IS ITS OWN JOURNEY
No two pregnancies are exactly alike. For that reason, May Spa does not build Pregnancy Massage around one fixed routine. Each position, level of pressure, and treatment rhythm is adjusted according to the guest’s physical condition and stage of pregnancy. We believe the best care does not begin with one identical technique for everyone, but with understanding each mother and the individuality of her pregnancy journey.
A NOTE FROM MAY SPA
To provide the safest and most appropriate experience, May Spa always encourages expectant mothers to share information about their pregnancy before the treatment begins. For those in the first trimester or with specific medical advice from a doctor, our therapists will provide more detailed consultation to ensure the treatment is suitable for your condition.
